ADP has released its ADP Workforce Now HR Assist program that helps mid-sized companies access the necessary documents and operations that HR departments require.
The system was designed to be easy to use and offers the following:
***HR Help Desk, which gives individuals access to HR experts when there are bumps in the road.
***State and Federal Compliance Database, with all of the latest information about employment laws, rules and regulations presented in an easy-to-comprehend format.
***HR Forms and Documents, which include everything from policies and labor law posters to forms that are needed on a regular basis.
***Employee Handbook Wizard, which can personalize a company’s needs, while complying with laws at the state and national level.
***Job Description Wizard, enabling companies to quickly and easily generate descriptions of available posts.
***HR Checkups, meant for standard analysis of the company’s performance.
