Living up to its own name, Achievers — an employee recognition and engagement solutions provider with hubs in Toronto, San Francisco and London — recently reported its own success: earning top scores from industry resource HRO Today.

Touted for overall excellence and range of service, Achievers was listed as No. 1 out of 13 similar vendors by HRO Today, which offers news, events, publications and more via its Baker’s Dozen Customer Satisfaction Survey for Recognition. Achievers won kudos from a survey of more than 350 HR professional leaders.

“Employee recognition leads to better employee retention and engagement,” Elliot Clark, CEO of SharedXpertise and publisher of HRO Today, said. “Companies seeking recognition and motivation service partners consider the [survey] information … as extremely valuable insight to a successful RFP process.”

Achievers General Manager Greg Brown called the HRO ranking “the gold standard” for recognition provider organizations and expressed the firm’s continued commitment to helping clients achieve successful employee engagement through its cloud-based platform. Achievers Employee Recognition and Rewards encourages both social and rewards-based acknowledgements.

“Achievers led this year’s ranking in the No. 1 position, overall and for breadth of service, differentiating itself as an exceptional provider in this highly competitive industry,” Clark said.
