Abiding by its “Recognition on the Go: Anywhere, Anytime” slogan, employee recognition specialist Achievers recently announced the 50 “most engaged workplaces” on the North American continent — its seventh annual commemoration.

The Achievers group considers employee engagement and recognition is fundamental to the worker experience, and each year it rewards top candidates for their alignment with acknowledgement goals as deemed by a panel of judges from academia, think tanks and prominent HR organizations.

“The focus in the workplace has shifted from employer to employee,” Achievers General Manager David Brennan said. “This shift requires alignment between the values of the company and the values of the employee, while advancing a favorable employee experience. The companies receiving this award recognize the positive business impact of a respected employer brand and productive, engaged workforce. We’re delighted to add each of them to this impressive roster of people-first organizations.”

Winners will be feted at a New Orleans awards gala on Sept. 11 prior to the 2017 Achievers Customer Experience (ACE) Conference, slated for Sept. 12-13 at the city’s Royal Sonesta. To view all of this year’s 50 Most Engaged Workplaces, visit http://www.achievers.com/engaged.

Achievers is a subsidiary of Blackhawk Network Holdings Inc., a global provider of retail and incentive solutions with headquarters in Toronto and San Francisco.
