Nashville, Tennessee-based automobile insurance provider Acceptance Insurance is seeking a human resources specialist.

Duties of the full-time position include monitoring routine HR actions and requests pertaining to existing employees and new hires, developing HR-related training, monitoring the processing of unemployment benefit claims, assisting with problem resolution, and auditing HR data.

Prospective candidates must possess strong communication, interpersonal, presentation, project management, multi-tasking and problem-solving skills; experience with HRIS and ATS programs; the ability to handle confidential information; the ability to work independently and as a team player; flexibility to work non-conventional hours; and knowledge of state and federal HR and employment laws and regulations.
