Aviation services provider AAR is seeking a full-time human resources generalist in Wood Dale, Illinois.

Duties of the position include identifying job description, conducting full scale recruitment for the business unit, developing and administering training on HR programs, preparing employee separation notices, conducting exit interviews, investigating employee relations complaints, and preparing reports on HR metrics.

Prospective candidates must possess a bachelor’s degree; at least three years of related experience and/or training; proficiency with Excel, Pivot tables and V-Lookups; strong communication, interpersonal, technical, organization and problem-solving skills; and the ability to thrive in a past-face environment.

Preferred qualifications include Affirmative Action experience.
