21st Century Fox has appointed two people to new roles within its global human resources group.

Julie Franke, who has been Fox Entertainment Group’s Vice President of talent acquisition operations for the past six years, has been promoted to senior vice president of employer brand and strategic talent acquisition. In her former position she was responsible for recruiting and onboarding for the Los Angeles-based sports, film and television businesses of 21st Century Fox.

Carsten von der Linden, who was a principal at Boston Consulting for a decade, has been named senior vice president of talent management. He is an expert on numerous HR topics including digital HR, leadership development, talent management, HR operating models, and HR transformations.
